There’s still room for semi-thick socks. I order my usual size and it's very roomy in the back.

I love heels and heeled boots because i have flat feet. After the 5th or 6th wear and adding a thin high heel insole, my feet feel sooo good!

The pump has an attached basket strainer with a clear lid and a collar. It also includes the plumbing adapters for hooking it to above-ground pool hoses. The strainer basket is very large, but it seems like the holes are a pinch big.
