First time buying a refurbished iphone directly from amazon. High quality reasonable priced option to new from apple. Buying cellphones on amazon, there is a key factor we all need to know, it is - i only buy it sold by amazon.

Exchange through apple is onerous and sending it back to amazon is not worth it as the price has gone up. Amazon very poor customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. It could take up to 30 days plus another 7 for a refund.
