Doogee's s89 pro is a nice but really heavy rugged phone. The extra capacity battery is what makes it thicker and heavier.
The camera is very good, including modes like panoramic. The images are crisp clear and the color looks accurate and pleasing. The more expensive s98 pro version of this has a thermal camera as well.
The battery life on this phone is amazing, and the claims to be so indestructible was the main selling point. Along with this it’s extremely durable and customizable. The sound is fantastic.
But having to fix an audio jack after a week on a rugged phone, not cool. It's not easy to fix. But it is possible.
Sprint and t-mobile are in the process of merging. Is the phone locked or unlocked? The sim card or electronic sim contain information unique to the phone.
It is easy to set up and use daily, and chock full of features. The cameras are very good, specially the main camera. The color is just *chef kiss* love it.
Video is 1,080 at 30 fps back and front. Large capacity 128gb. Back of the phone has a very fashionable design.
Biggest issue is everytime i disconnect bluetooth headphones, the internal speaker does not work and media lags on the phone until i toggle off and on the bluetooth. It constantly freezes and the process system stops working multiple times a day.
It's basically the slowest phone i've ever had. Thinking about returning the phone and checking the oneplus, motorola or samsung options in the same price range.
Customer service is one of the worst i've seen. The finger print scanner is small and awkwardly placed. It's really frustrating and if i have a smartphone that can't call, it's not worth having.
