Light is easy to use, timed and does improve conditions of your plant. It's not professional advice but it's worked for me. My window sill plants which get few hours of the light they deserve are now happier!

Regular daylight bulbs in a clamp light really work for houseplants. The bulb has a timer that you set once and it comes on the same time everyday.

It fits into a normal medium sized table lamp. The lamp is propped up on a few books so that it is above the plants a little. I ordered two for my plant room's recessed can light fixtures, they are work/fit perfect.

The bulb has a built in timer with three settings. The timer setting is easy and convenient to use as well. Memorizing the button presses would help with that, but placement elsewhere on the bulb should be considered.

After 7 hours each time, the bulb was still lit. Google tells me this is not the most efficient plant light color. But everytime i try to use the timer function it turns off after about a minute and wont go back on.

The amount of brightness is adjustable by the distance they're placed above the individual light wands. Heavy sturdy base, not glaringly pink. The timer and different light settings are great as well.

The arms of the lights are bendable so you can reach your plants at different angles. Totally adjustable, as is the height of the unit. Also has am extendable stand and the movable arms.

I have it plugged into a smartplug and schedule it from my phone. Downside there is no timer function, but that's okay to me since i work night shift and i am home during the day.

There is not a timer option and no dimmer function either. Can buy better with timer adjustable brightness and longer cord with actual red and blue lights.
