Light is easy to use, timed and does improve conditions of your plant. It's not professional advice but it's worked for me. My window sill plants which get few hours of the light they deserve are now happier!

Regular daylight bulbs in a clamp light really work for houseplants. The bulb has a timer that you set once and it comes on the same time everyday.

It fits into a normal medium sized table lamp. The lamp is propped up on a few books so that it is above the plants a little. I ordered two for my plant room's recessed can light fixtures, they are work/fit perfect.

The bulb has a built in timer with three settings. The timer setting is easy and convenient to use as well. Memorizing the button presses would help with that, but placement elsewhere on the bulb should be considered.

After 7 hours each time, the bulb was still lit. Google tells me this is not the most efficient plant light color. But everytime i try to use the timer function it turns off after about a minute and wont go back on.

Each of the 4 arms are adjustable, allowing you to position your lights, and move them around as your plants grow. They are very nice able to move each light to where you are needing it. The lights are flexible and the base if very sturdy.

This is ingenious for indoor, flowing medical plants. Wish it would have a longer stand because you have to manuever the light posts to plants. Use it instead of lamp in room.

Light works fine but the base doesn't sit correctly. Very small and dull lights.

There is no timer, nor did i ever see one advertised. There is not a timer option and no dimmer function either. The wire or electrical connection is now finicky and gets more and more finicky.
