Not even to my 4lb terrier. I wish it would have worked because fireworks and nail-trimming sessions are not fun. Also have a shihtzu that does not like being groomed and it didn't work for him either.

The bottle is small but the real issue is the bubble wand doesn't blow bubbles. The few random bubbles that manage to get made are not worthy of your time or the cat's disdain.
