This item works fabulous. Temp control needs option of inverting. I love that you can set it to keep a constant temp.

There is no way this heater would raise the doghouse temperature to a comfortable level. Their advertising photo shows a wifi signal on the remote in their advertising. Their app shows wifi capability but this unit does not have wifi.

The dial at the top is easy to adjust and it actually keeps the water to the temp you set it to. Took my 10 gallon tank from 67° to 72° in 30 min. Works super well in my 44 gallon tank.

I highly suggest getting a spare heater in case one burns out on you. I like the fact that it's small and i could put it in the corner of my tank. Only thing i really dislike is the short cord.

Once you have the heater and thermometer installed you're onto the important part. The thermometer alone is $7-10 and you'll need one of those anyways. The heater works nice but the free digital thermometer it came with is garbage.

Told me to refer to instructions included with my order. Ended up returning the item. This is the second time i've tried to use one of these orlushy heaters, they're just junk.

The temperature never stays the same and has gone up and down 2 degrees in about 8 hours. The dial is useless in setting temperature as there can be a 7 degree difference from what i choose to what the temperature of the water actually is. Not going t...  Read More
