If you plug a controller in it disappears and windows starts playing the 'new usb device connected' sound effect. Would not recommend in the slightest.
Lights are bright enough to be noticed but not so bright as to be obnoxious. Different lighting modes that are easy to switch through.
Key motion is smooth all the way down. You need to go to the website to get the software to customize colors and macros.
