If you plug a controller in it disappears and windows starts playing the 'new usb device connected' sound effect. Would not recommend in the slightest.
The value is amazing, the ergonomic factor is off the charts awesome on my hand, and i love the fact that i have the option to turn the extra lights off. Quality is slightly cheaper at this price point, but not enough to worry about.
The clicking is almost silent and very comfortable. The * all work easily, even the middle button ( mouse wheel) which i've had stiffness on other brands. The mouse itself has a very comfortable soft rubber coating.
This compares very favorably to my trusty but much more expensive logitech g305 wireless mouse. It takes one aa battery and it lasts a long time.
The mouse fits my size l hand comfortably. The thumb and pinky finger indents make picking it up and moving it around easy. Ergonomics are good and i'm glad this isn't flatter.
You have to use a butter knife or paper clip to pop it free completely and remove it.
The main * make an audible noise when clicked. It is relatively quiet as far as gaming mice go, but again definitely not silent. The right click is the only one half decent, the left click button which is most used is fairly loud.
