Big surprise is the microphone. I typically sit 2-4 feet from the microphone and it picks my voice up well. The microphone on this soundbar is far better than the integrated mic on my usb camera. Great for zoom, slack and skype calls.

Works nicely with teams and also cisco ip communicator. Often listed on ebay for about half the price of new. Works perfectly for my ms teams meeting. Available on ebay.

Calls are clear as can be. It is hardly noticeable. Everyday use, the sound is just fine, not at all tinny. Easy to see mute notification makes me more comfortable.

Calls are all static and other side says echos. It's a flaw in the product, and frankly false advertising when the devices installs itself as dell echo cancelling speakerphone.

After weeks of egregious behavior that totally derailed and disrupted the day to day operations of my business, this device just has to go. Returning for a full refund. Return window is 30 days. No online support, phantom phone support.

The sound is nice and even with good bass. I'm kindof impressed overall as it was under $100 with no subwoofer. Super impressed and highly recommend.

Every thing about this speaker is phenomenal. The sound is excellent, the volume is loud and bass is smooth. Just set up the new speaker outdoors (protected by rain) for our tv.

Power light is on cheerily, but on-off on remote and on the unit itself fail to start it up. Neither the optical nor the bluetooth features work and it is now out of warranty.

The speaker itself is not lithe and slim, it is a big long fat bar like thing that begs to be mounted, but if you don't want it mounted your choices become slim. This one is not compatible with any of the others listed in samsung's tv wizard.
