I like that it doesn't have soy, lactose or gluten in it. I also believe it helped with bioavailability and persistence of nutrients and amino acids.

Rhodiola is not a sub for even ashwangdha! There was irritability and angst. Any company that gives misinformation is suspect.

Product didn't match with hbp medication by prescription. On top of that the product is non refundable. Don't waist your money.
