The handle design keeps it cool, and the fact that it is securely riveted to the pan gives me confidence to lift it even when it's full. The rivets on the handle are large and very stable. My only complaint is that the handle is obnoxiously long.
Price is more than you bargain for. One of the best out of hundreds on amazon. Totally awesome price.
It is exactly what i wanted. Super easy to clean, no residue. Cleans well, looks great, and it works well.
This skillet is huge and can cook most dinners with ease. Unlike stew pots where stirring can break up vegetables, this pan is flat and stirring is a breeze. It cleans up very easily and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
This is my third calphalon product and i am consistently impressed with the quality and durability of the brand. I just wish that scratch wasn't there. The dogs give it a four paws up!
