Construction is excellent. Paint or coating is not perfect but it's good enough for what it is. Well made and sturdy. Simmers very well.

Make sure the rubber washer is seated and not sideways when hooking the gas line up to the propane tank. On the hose is a red knob that allows you to adjust the flame to your desired height. The adjustable regulator works great.

It works flawlessly. I do like that it is pretty adjustable. The burner is cast iron which will last you indefinitely.

Gas flow is nice and even across all 3 tubes. The only slight knock is that my center burner tube is bowed, which is not optimal for air flow to the 3rd tube. New one heats fast. Stays lit on low.

It's easy to take off the front panel and loosen the gas rail mount on the front. I wish everything had such available and easily replaceable parts. Easy to install.

Fit and finish are excellent and it starts easier than my old and rusty weber one. They still fit under the flavorizers and provide good/even heat, but they almost look like bananas they are so curved. The burners are a little short.

The part are of good quality ( stainless steel). Parts are as good as factory parts i removed. They are solid, solid,solid.

The weber 900 needs a 30+” burner. The holes for the middle section to connect both tubes were incorrectly drilled out on this. The gas is escaping not into the tube but into the grill and area around it.
