It's super easy to unfold and is very sturdy when it's unfolded. Hanger is more durable than expected.

Whitmor and the chinese have not mastered the art of making parts line up for assembly. Some pieces were preassembled, incorrectly. Like this probably costs a china factory a buck to box up. Usd just to assemble this rack.
