There was only one of the two hangers on the top. It leans to one side. This product is no goo for anything like towels.
The clipper is a bit tricky to use for hanging stuff. The clips and frame are nice stainless. It easily slides out of the way & clips are more than strong enough to hold all delicates.
These are soo much better than the cheap plastic ones. They swivel effortlessly. They are so strong i hung my wet sneakers and shoe type slippers on it to dry. Used them for drying herbs.
Ring missing. Wont hang correctly. Very deceptive.
