It works for me so far even with my diverticilosis and extensive scarring of the bowel from infections. Helps with digestion; helps with regularity, and my lactose intolerance is less worrisome too.
This was not stated stated as a laxative. If so, mail me a return label. No more. This product is rough on the intestines!
