Very nice pans. Good thickness is sturdy from oven to table. Heat can go through the dough. Great for making pizza on the grill.

They are thick enough that i'm comfortable using a pizza cutter in them. They (the pair) are sturdy, and do not warp in the oven. They haven't warped at all.

They work, but warped pans are an annoyance. Also, the are black finger prints that won’t come off.
