The light output is very good.
The brightness of these lights is perfect and my plants are very happy. Used it underneath the garage shelves to light up my worktable. I need to illuminate inside of a cabinet and it was perfect size.
These are no-brainer devices. They work great! These lights were recommended by youtuber nick alexander in his greenhouse shelf video.
The problem is that the two prongs are carrying line voltage for the plug to connect to. No screws or adhesive were included for attaching the mounting brackets to a surface. Do not trust the power rating of 40 watt.
