Product is as described. Was well packaged and arrived promptly. Good overall and seems to hold the weight they are rated at. These are cheaper and better than what’s available from harbor freight.

Wheel material is rubbery, grippy and rolls smoothly. Smooth rolling, very sturdy, swiveling is smooth. Rolls well over hardwood floors.

The locking mechanism is easy to engage and disengage. The easy way to release the lever is to use one finger to flip the lever out of the lock position.

Will be purchasing these as gifts for my sister and mom. They are small and powerful. They work well and don't scratch. I only wish they were available in a smaller quantity.
