New wheels move my 'portable garden plot' from its shaded resting place. Great fit and very useful on my tool box. Easy to move the machine around the shop.

One wheel is way out of center so it oscillates to much. The swiveling feature on these is horrid! It is very difficult to guide this cart now.

My rolling racks now glide beautifully! Sturdy and roll around easily. They roll nearly silently!
