The perforated one does wonders to the crust of a frozen pizza, making it crisp but not tough. Very thick coating and very well made.

Perforated the pizza dough perfectly. Once folded, it hangs well and can be kept in easy reach of the stove. It goes well lifting baking pans to put in or remove from oven.

Since i don't own a dishwasher i can vouch that this is easy to clean. It is sturdy enough for our needs, lifting 2-3 lb trays.

The handle is strong and grips without slipping. It grabs the pot with authority, though it doesn't clamp. This grips the pans nicely. They hold good when gripped properly.

Cannot get pans out of tosteroven with ease. It’s a handy tool, but the tiny spring in the middle popped out less then 5 uses.
