Two layers of non-woven fabrics are added inside to improve warmth. Gets very comfortably warm even at the lowest setting. Cold water isn't as bad if your bathroom is already nice and toasty. Plus, it's big enough to share the warmth!
It can also be used as a normal blanket by detaching the controller. This heating blanket is phenomenal.

Lasted 3 mos then flashed red only, unable to fix. This has a 2 hour timer, not a 4 hour timer as listed. Shuts off on its own after 10 minutes.

This one use on my 3 seater 2 recliner couch. It is a bit stiffer than just a cotton sheet and it has also made the bag hold its shape better. It's totally waterproof.
Easy to wash and dries fast. Saves me from having to wash all my bedding. Fit in my washer fine.
This is not a fluffy kind of cover or blanket, but does have some nice "thickness" to it if you will. Extra length helps wrap it completely without too much overhang.
