After several months of taking this product, i judge that it has had no effect on bph. It's impossible to know how much of the ingredients relevant to treating bph you are getting. Did not see any positive changes.

The only thing i've every found that really works is lecithin in high doses if you want that fire hose face painting effect or the large internal eruption of man lava. It does nothing.
