Pros and Cons

Pros1

I like it so far but i know it may take awhile to work. Easy to *, no * after taste. I like carlson a nutritionist recommended the brand.

Cons1

The last two shipments we have received are all oily inside. About 50% of the time i open the bottle and the caps areall oily and a terrible mess. Carson brand is tops, but vendor sent expired products.

Pros2

When my gallbladder acts up i take 4 of these. The capsules looks different with the same brand lecithin which was bought from other website. The color is darker and the surface feels oily, however, i still eat 2 capsules everyday.

I have very fatty milk and this keeps me sane and able to nurse my daughter till 15 months. Especially on automatic refill plan. Worked great to help with plugged ducts and mastitis.

Cons1

Each capsule is over one inch long and just under 1/2 inch in diameter. I have to rub all the capsules off with a paper towel and make sure that the ones i dispense are whole. The flakes you see are what's left of the legs.
