The bumpers appear to have 3m adhesive, so they should stay attached. The trick is to sand & clean to give the sticky something better to grip to.

These are worse than the regular old fashioned foam bumpers. The cabinet doors and drawers stick out too much. The adhesive on these was so poor.
The pads are supposed to be 8. Per cent. Not even round. Most people have stuck them on their artwork and never looked again. If you can save a quarter per 200 and sell millions, then you make some extra money sticking it to your customers.
