The papes are the quickest and easiest method imo. Then rinse it down with another 8-12 oz of water.

Cons2

Citrulline malate has a bad smell. It tastes like someone mixed battery acid with feet that haven't been washed in a week.

Bulk supplements' citrulline powder didn't dissolve well for me. Made me very hesitant to order any bulksupplements brand again. First supplement demolished my gut, so i had to stop taking it within 48 hours of starting.

Pros1

Great bang for buck. Depth perception also seems better. Not sure how long i'll be enjoying perfect vision.

Cons2

The nutricost brand is either not taurine, or there are some serious quality control problems happening. Caused intermittent diarrhea. Causes great digestive distress.

Either this is not taurine, or there are undisclosed fillers inside the capsule. Taurine is supposed to be water soluble at about 50 mg/ml.
