The globe is plastic, looks very cheap. Wasted money on these and will have to replace. It’s appealing to the eye when off, but does not function as i hoped.

I love these because they appear to be recessed. Pair these with a dimmer unless your doing surgeries. This set of led lights was installed in the upstairs hall.

The mounting bracket hangs down 1/4 inch and leaves a gap from the ceiling. Added bonus is that these are advertised as being dimmable with a (separate) dimming switch.
