Bcaas are top notch quality and taste. This supplement beats others in this area but does not completely fulfill my wants. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about--this product tastes great.
The nutritional content is exactly what you would want from a bcaa supplement. It really helps me to feel less sore after my intense workouts. Cost is reasonable. Cheaper than gnc but almost the same as at walmart.
If you include the amino acid other than bcaas, this product is 85% filler. I have no idea how anyone drinks 1 scoop per 8 oz of water. As others recent reviewers have stated, this is not the old best amino fruit punch you are used to.

Product is loaded with vitamin b6. Some side effects of too much b6 painful, disfiguring skin lesions. The supplement is good blend of amino acids, however it also has a ridiculous amount of vitamin b8.
When i zoomed on the photo i see the picture matches the product i got but not the title. Maybe i misunderstood what these do. Garbage for my purposes.

Magnesium stearate is a harmful additive. Stearic acid is another to beware of. It is very highly estrogenic towards men and lowers testosterone.
