This blanket is very warm and cozy when it works. Stopped heating up a little over 3 months after purchase. Well, my heated blanket is now just a regular blanket with wires inside.

I have no idea how they conned their way into being sold at target, walmart, kohls, etc. They are knowingly and intentionally defrauding hundreds of people. Save your money. Another short-term disposable product.

The company offers a 5 year warranty, but only if you return their registration card. Returned for replacement and returned for a refund. Will not purchase again and would not recommend this company. Do not buy a third party product from amazon.

Such a shame that a * controller was put on a soft, lovely blanket. Same issue, controller dead.
