I'm very disappointed in this product and at bose for allowing such a glitchy product to go to market. The app rarely connects, and i'm 20 ft away from my gig router and 10 feet from the sound bar. Buy the sonos arc instead.

Sound is so much better than other closely priced soundbars i've had, especially the bass. This sound bar offers a huge improvement in vocals and overall sound quality. Good value but needs a bit more bass.

It has hdmi arc so easy setup. It really enhances the sound. Only down fall is i wish the roku tv remote worked with this.

The built in subwoofer adds nothing. There is very little bass and that is frustrating with music or action movies. The tv is 100xs louder then when the system is hooked up.

The sound coming out of it is gurgled and choppy. Its a garbage product with deplorable customer service. It's simply buggy and there's nothing you can do to fix it.

Tuning/ setup options are limited. The handoff is so frustrating and slow it will drive you crazy. There seriously needs a way to adjust the period in which it decides to turn itself off.

The surround sound button just turns surround sound on or off. After 1 month the subwoofer refuses to turn on automatically. This requires several minutes of tinkering to restore the device to working state.
