Second belly strap is super close to his *. All areas of contact are adjustable. Second strap lands geographically across my boys.
Small won't fit a jack russel. The back strap is inconvenient.
I recommend this to all who have fur babies that need one. Our 14 year old aussie has mobility again.
The wheels have gouges in them on top of being dirty and scratched. The metal poles have deep cuts in them. Too many buckles and cheap straps.
