The pills smell and taste disgusting. The flavor is pleasant but it doesn't mask the terrible taste of the ingredients. This was then followed by an extreme headache.
I like to drink something tasty when i workout, this is tasty. I mix it with preworkout and it helps while i'm at the gym to not * and have higher recovery. You just need to make sure you have the water to powder ratio right.
