It appears that the surface is less susceptible to peeling and chipping. I love that it's sooooo easy to clean. No scraping, soaking, scrubbing.

Long term durability is yet to be determined, but so far it is great. My only complaint is i'm * off this material wasn't used 20 yrs ago when i bought an entire set of cookware.

Heat distribution is fantastic even on my induction cooktop. Very sturdy and heats evenly. Beat the cake for frying anything that is not marbled and does not have it's own fat.

After just about 10 uses the bottom has chipped already. No customer service for these pans either. Received damaged item not fit for resale.

These pots and pans are the easiest to clean. It heats evenly and comes with its lid. Easy to clean except when i cooked seafood with oyster sauce.

This pan is a great size for most things. Great size for making soups for family plus leftovers for freezing. We live with our youngest girl, her husband, and their eight children.
