Black, unresponsive, dead. Seems to be a compatibility issue. Customer service is non existent. Switched carries to another that it says will work on.
It is unlocked so you can use whatever service you would like to use, but the phone does require a sim vary to begin to use any phone or texting abilities. The phone is affordable still with the occasional coupon attached.
The screen comes with a screen protector pre-applied. Face recognition is impeccable and that goes for the fingerprint reader (which is seamless) the battery life is amazing!
