I'm very pleased it arrived and the price was very satisfactory! Appears to work as expected. With supplements, it is always hard to tell.

We both agree it works and have been takin it for about 2 weeks. Will be ordering more for sure. The swanson brand delivers the same quality and results.

Zquill is a better choice in my opinion. The bottle only says to take 1 400 mg capsule per day. To my way of thinking, it's oxymoronic to sell a product that contains gm ingredients.
