Not only is it lightweight, but it also keeps you cool if you use it underneath other blankets. It's lightweight and breathable with good air flow without burning you up.
The blanket is cool for about 2 seconds then it gets super hot. It starts off that you feel cool but it wears off quickly. Hated the blanket.
I love this blanket and am half-tempted to purchase another, but they are a bit pricey. I've had this blanket & cover for several years now and it's honestly one of the best purchases i've ever made. I 10/10 recommend this blanket.
The bamboo is silky. It has a soft and silky feel without feeling cheap or slipping off you. The blue is a pleasing restful kind of slate blue.
It is perfect for draping and sprawling in bed. I love the cooling in the summer, and the duvet helps with putting extra layers on in the winter for warmth. The blanket is very comfortable and cozy.
It's a much more manageable weight - in terms of sleeping comfortably & transporting the blanket on/off the bed. I have clinically diagnosed anxiety and experience high body loads when dealing with physical stimulation/arousal.
One of the sides on the dual side blankets is 100% polyester. It is comfortable tho but not worth the hassle at all. This blanket is not okeo-tex certified!
