Chrome is more reflective than black. They score very high on my ppfd meter and my lux meter. The aluminum wings are a bit flimsy though.

These lights work well for a shop or garage but they don't give off sufficient light to grow plants. My light meter needs to be 2” under the grow light to get a reading thats comparable to full sunlight. Poorly packaged. No instructions or paperwork.

The lights are pretty bright without being overkill. Otoh, that's pretty good light for the price and it is enough to keep the houseplants happy. They have a wide range of brightness options, easy to use, and easy installation.

I love these lights aside from the god-awful sound the power box makes when it is plugged in but not turned on. I also love that it’s an actual electric plug and not a usb cord.
