Great flavor, easy to mix. More importantly, these things are highly individualized. They're also very transparent about what is in strong food and no fillers!

Muscle feast has a blended product of amino acids. Recommendation, combine in a protein shake and just * it quick. It dissolves quickly and well.

One other reviewer said it smelled or tasted like feet. If you get past the feet smell and you dare put it in your shaker and shake it up, it puts a sour taste into your protein shake. Going to return it for a refund.
