Organic india tulsi has a calming effect that helps with anxiety. It is just as effective as the xanax/ambien combo for me. These are the only herbal products i have found that give me relief from stress.

This works. Highly recommend. Love this particular brand of tulsi holy basil. One of the few products that i'm actually thinking of subscribing to, so i can always have some on hand!
