Non stick and makes homemade crust light and crispy. Great for small pita pizzas, tortizzas (what i call tortilla pizzas), and flatbreads. Best feature is that with a frozen pizza the crust gest crisp.

This pizza pan is awesome! Even nicer than my caphalon one. This is my favorite pizza pan i have encountered in my 47 years.

It's a few bucks more than a cheap stamped pan, but well worth it. They are amazing! I don’t have any negatives to report, they are fantastic!

No scratches or cuts so far. It really is non-stick and feels like it will last forever. No stick for sure and easy to clean.
