Carditone causes only one side a bit blocked nose at night. My only adverse side effect seems to be some nasal congestion.

Use this product with caution. It causes panic attacks. Has had no beneficial effect whatsoever on my blood pressure.

Ashwaganda relieves stress. This is a must have in my supplement drawer. It tastes good and makes my coffee better! Please pay no attention to the reviews claiming clumping of the product over time.
