The suction seems adequate, less than i expected. It currently performs nicely. It's very quiet.
This pump is money pit if you try to make it a part of anything remotely serious. Out of nearly 10 pumps i have, there are only one or two left that operate properly.
The motor shaft, smooth metal, is supposed to rotate plastic (also smooth) cylinders. Poor manufacturing tolerances mean the gap between the rollers and the outer cage that should squeeze the pump tube is sometimes too large so the pump action is poor... Read More
The pumps are not suitable to work continuously. You need it running fast enough that you can still have drips, but the drips aren't countable because they're coming out so fast.
