As many other reviewers said, it calms without leaving you groggy. A safe and effective remedy for anxiety.

Pure encapsulations is the brand my naturopath prefers. My doctor recommended doubling my magnesium to assist with sleep. The pills are small and taking them on an empty stomach never caused me any discomfort.
