The refurbished iphone xr is a great first phone with keyboard. No obvious cosmetic issues, easy to set up and transfer sim card. And is fully functional and unlocked for all carriers.
Would purchase again definitively. Only minor complaint is that the rear camera has a small grey spot when taking photos.
The charger and screen protection were included with no additional charge. I just pray the battery isn't super cheap and won't swell,overheat, or explode on me.

Engineering internally is superb with 3 flex antennae and very simple construction. Voice sounds good, on both ends.
Google assistant works well, which is good since it's about the only efficient want to use texting or email. Volte, vowifi - cool. Hotspot works fine.
A bit of buyers remorse on this one. It seems nokia has no interest in this phone or the people who buy it, which is disappointing. This early-2000's memory capability is just not practical.

In airplane mode, the gps locations are accurate, but this makes using web-based direction services impossible. The phone as sold does not have the api settings for using the wifi hotspot function.
This version of kiaos is very unpolished. It wants you to sign up on the kaios site to retrieve your google contacts, only to have you sign in with google and their 2 step security. Even the logo is not nokia but kaios!
