This is a mess i am not going to jump the hoop for. Very frustrating.

Bought at release and had immediate issues with data and wi-fi connectivity. Bought it in may 23, died september 23. Where is my refund?

The phone is in good shape and looks nice but is worthless without the pass-code. It’s either dishonest product postings, lazy phone health checks, or both from this company. Needless to say the phone is being returned.

Next thing is to make sure you complete system updates, create or login in to your samsung account and get app updates. This s21 is just faster, better battery life, lasts me the whole day of using it.

No scratches or issues cosmetically. Only gripe i have is the fingerprint scanner can be a little wonky sometimes.

I wish i knew of this problem before i jumped through hoops to get this device. Now the inconvenience of having to return the phone and repackaging it to send it back.
