The battery capacity is at 100%. I'm a big believer in refurbished phones because it’s more environmental. Arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch.

This phone has so many glitches. Ordered this phone, it was supposed to come unlocked. The only way it works is if the hearing aid compatibility setting is applied which isn't the correct fix.

This isn't a budget phone, it's a solidly mid range phone that will perform adequately. The processor is crisp and responsive. With the move to bluetooth 5 and above, i feel the sound quality has improved.

Took phone to japan and used tourist sim while in country. Bought this device as a replacement for my partner's samsung galaxy s9. I use android auto in my car and this phone works terrific with it.

Charge port is soldered to the motherboard, so there is no replacing it. Battery life is lacking, gps/maps works poorly, and the cell signal seems worse.

Third and last straw for me is the screen stops responding after 3 months of normal use. I have a feeling that these could be carrier's issue (i use a much smaller carrier company), not the phone. The warranty from google for this phone is one year.

The pixel is the only one that doesn't support an unlocked sim. Advertised as unlocked for all carriers. Back to samsung phones.

With the pixel, you press 1 and nothing happens. It's as if you haven't pressed a key at all. There are some supremely annoying menu design choices.
