The phone works flawlessly. Camera quality is impeccable! The only downside is that my old phone was an android and this switch is a big change.

I’m enclosing a photo, but it has a case. A cable and wall charger were included. I'm sure not all sellers are the same, but whichever one shipped this one is worth buying from.

Please do not get scammed. The settings say it’s possibly an after market camera installed incompletely. It arrived scratched and smudged up.

When i type it freezes or misspells words. It's not worth buying a refurbished. Wound up just buying a new phone and chalking this up to a $400 lesson learned.

T-mobile unlocked. Easy to install, restart, no more invalid sim message. Great way to get to 5g and android 12 for not much.

The screen is perfect. Especially since the difference in price for a refurbished good version vs a excellent version is only a few dollars. Takes good photos, battery lasts well.

This phone is awful. She has to connect to my mobile hotspot all the time. Not luck the phone system is not exist. Works (ish) for 6 months, only mild issues with connectivity.

Do not buy from this vendor. Fast forward about a month and a half laster. Questions to seller were ignored.
