After much wasted time trying to rectify the problem, called amazon tech support. They keep repeating the same thing- our system is not allowing to process a refund for the restocking fee. Now, amazon receives it and refunds me 80%.

Not a bad phone, but at an inflated price. Each call lasts 45 minutes. The seller needs to better check the phones before shipping.

The battery capacity is only 86%, but the product descriptions says is it at least 90%. I am very disappointed. Spent 2 days trying and nothing.

At such a low price, sacrifices have to be made in order to be affordable and profitable. The front cameras on it are amazing. It seems very responsive and i like the button options.

After 10 months of use, battery fails to achieve/hold a charge. Auto-brightness is way too dim and takes a long time to adapt to brighter lights or sometimes it doesn't adapt at all. There is absolutely no reason it should not be charging.

The gps is really bad on the phone. Maps closes itself randomly. The mobile hotspot used to work and now when other devices (phone, laptop, tablet) connect to my tcl, it says internet is not available.

When someone calls, the phone automatically answers and goes to speaker phone, even while in my pocket. It hangs up randomly while i'm speaking. This phone is just a headache all around. Phone is a paperweight.

You request to talk to a supervisor, but that is only a dream. Sadly will need to return.
