The iphone 12 pro is perfect! All functionality works as expected! And looks brand new. The seller is very responsive if you have any concerns or questions.

As pictured above is the battery capacity for my 12pro and it still drains fast. Face recognition is quick, browser tabs open and process quickly, and the battery life is long-lasting and dependable.

The unit i got is full of noticeable dents and scratches. Out of 3 units had defective pieces. Too much lint in the charging port.

Customer service procedures for this product is somewhat unsatisfactory because they're confusing. I'm sure others have been scammed by this as well. Very deceptive practice.

Guarantee says the phone is replaceable but upon talking to a few customer service agents it seems like it's only for return and refund. Battery health is 86% which is less than half of the battery life.

The devices screen constantly freezes and then shuts off. Never buying phones from amazon again, they have shady seller. Now i have to wait another 2 weeks and gamble on another phone that has problems.
