The cord is perfectly pliable. The port layout is good, where even with bulky plugs i can still effectively use >70% of the ports. This still gives me a few more ports left over when everything is plugged in.
It seems to be okay if you leave one lighting cable plugged in to one of the three usb plugs, but the second you start using multiple cables it has to be replugged.
Anker requires you to ship the old product back before even sending in a replacement. Too much of a hassle. I wish i could get a refund or replacement that works. But this is wildly inaccurate.
After having it for awhile, i now realize not only is it connecting half the time, but it constantly disconnects and reconnects. The usb-c port is a dud.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality anker used to be a good quality brand with great customer service but two bad units in less than 4 months is not acceptable. Will avoid this brand in the future and will not recommend to anyone.

Could easily be mounted in a recessed area using your router. Comes with mounting screws. Plugs are well spaced.
