Cord appears durable. All the products i have bought from them are well packaged, ship quickly and arrive when expected. Good to watch for items to go on sale to get better bang for the buck.

Anker fails to disappoint as it is. This is extremely convenient for its low profile and footprint.

They use the lowest priced usps service for shipping, which means i was possibly looking at weeks before receiving my replacement with no acknowledgement of receipt or indication of process. It appears that it's wireless charging.

The usb ports all work well, unlike a similar product previously purchased from a different company. It's in my cpap bag so when i travel i have somewhere to plug it in. Easy to toss in the suitcase and take on a cruise for more outlets.

I travel quite a bit and this has been a game changer. It seems very durable as well. Overall this works well and is very handy.

The cord itself is just a touch shorter than we’d like it to be, but it’s fine for the convenience of it being able to be wrapped around neatly. Only down side is the length of the cord. If i could, i'd make it longer but it's not a deal breaker.

The charging capability is fantastically fast. I love that i'll be able to charge my laptop, my ipad & both my cellphone and my husbands cellphone! Can charge using ac or usb. Only downside is it has an led light to show that it's on.

It appears cheaply made since it quit working after 2 days! Too late to return to amazon. Came home, packed it away and a few weeks later, another work trip.

For phone and tablets, the plug is much larger and you can't fit two plugs side by side. The 3 outlet plugs are so close together on one side of this donut that i can't use them all. I have a s7 phone that stopped charging at 97% on the usa port!
